Welcome to D Sense Creative Co Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the professional services we provide. By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, purchasing our services or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide Content & Social Media, Video Production, Brand Identity, Website Design & Development, Email Marketing, AI Automation, Graphic Design, Website Maintenance and Creative Consulting. The exact scope of work is defined in the agreed quotation or proposal.

2. Quotations & Acceptance

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A project is accepted once you approve the quotation, pay any required deposit or instruct us to begin work.

3. Payments

Deposits may be required before work begins. Monthly services are payable in advance. Final deliverables are released after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, branding assets, approvals, login credentials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays may extend agreed delivery dates.

5. Scope & Revisions

Only services listed in the quotation are included. Additional requests and revisions beyond the agreed allowance may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are based on timely communication and client approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content or third-party providers.

7. Website Development

Websites may be developed using professional platforms, frameworks, themes, templates and licensed third-party technologies. Every website is customised to suit the client's business and branding. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.

8. AI-Assisted Services

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with design, copywriting, coding, automation, image generation and workflow improvements. All deliverables are reviewed before delivery. Clients remain responsible for approving all final content before publication.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers upon full payment. Working files, templates, AI prompts, source files, automation workflows and reusable assets remain the property of D Sense Creative Co Ltd unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Portfolio

Unless agreed otherwise, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website and marketing materials.

11. Marketing Disclaimer

We do not guarantee search rankings, social media growth, enquiries, leads, sales or advertising performance.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy updates affecting hosting providers, domain registrars, social media platforms or other third-party services.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
